If you are wanting to explore counseling services, contact me directly as my availability is very limited. Just a note, counseling services are currently only available for those living in Georgia, Illinois, and South Carolina.

If you are wanting be action focused and goal oriented, consolation and coaching may be a better choice. This path allows you to focus on the present while looking forward to what you want for future you.
Treatment duration is a very individualized decision. Because I do not provide a “one-size-fits-all” approach, the length of treatment depends on the many factors. Treatment is a two way street so we can discuss your specific goals and expectations during our time together.
I am considered an “out-of-network” provider and do not accept insurance. However, if you have out-of-network benefits or an HSA account, you can file our counseling appointments with your insurance provider and they will reimburse you directly according to your coverage.
Therapy can be a great resource for dealing with difficult situations or recovering from trauma. Working with a therapist that you trust can assist you in uncovering patterns, identifying unresolved issues, and finding ways to overcome problems when they arise.
